01Why not hire

Hiring is the expensive part.

The salary is not the problem. Everything around it is.

Hiring in-house

Three to six months to fill a senior role.

With Coral9

People assigned in days.

Hiring in-house

A recruiter takes 15–25% of the first year's salary.

With Coral9

One monthly invoice.

Hiring in-house

Salary, benefits, equipment and taxes every month, work or no work.

With Coral9

Scale up or down each month.

Hiring in-house

Two months before a new hire ships anything real.

With Coral9

Work starts in week one.

Hiring in-house

If it does not work out, you start the search again.

With Coral9

If it does not work out, you stop paying.

02The short version

One bill a month.

It covers the people, the person managing them, and the tools they work in. No salaries, no recruiters, no notice periods.

03What we do

Three teams you can hire as one.

Each one runs the same three steps every time, and you can watch it running. Take whichever you need now and add the others when you are ready.

01 · Engineering

We are your dev team.

Product engineers, a lead who owns the roadmap, and QA. If there is no technical founder, we take that seat too: architecture, tooling, and the calls a CTO makes.

ReplacesA CTO, two engineers, and a QA hire.

  • Product and MVP builds
  • Web apps
  • iOS and Android
  • Internal tools
  • Systems integration and migration
  • AI and workflow automation
  • Maintenance after launch

How this team runs

01

Timeline.

The build is split into weekly milestones with a date against each one. You approve the timeline before anyone writes a line of code.

02

Ship weekly.

Work goes live in weekly increments and every task is on your Reef board the day it starts. You see the status, who is holding it, and what shipped this week.

03

Keep it running.

Repositories, servers and documentation are in your name from the first week. Keep us on to maintain it, or take it in house whenever you want.

02 · Brand

We make it look like a real company.

A logo, a colour palette, and a type hierarchy, plus the rules for using them. You get the source files and a guide, so the next designer you hire can pick it up without starting over.

ReplacesA brand studio retainer, or a designer you cannot keep busy full time.

  • Logo and wordmark
  • Colour palette
  • Type hierarchy
  • Brand guidelines
  • Pitch and investor decks
  • Launch site
  • Social and ad templates

How this team runs

01

Brief.

We write down who you sell to, who you are up against, and how you want to be read. You sign the brief off before any design starts.

02

Three routes.

You see three directions, not one. Logo, palette and type on each, applied to real screens and real documents, so you judge it in use instead of on a moodboard.

03

Suite and rules.

You receive the source files: logo lockups, palette with screen and print values, type hierarchy, and a guide the next designer can pick up without calling us.

03 · Sales

We sell it for you.

We take your product to market and bring back signed clients. Lists, outreach, calls, follow-up, and a CRM where you can see exactly where every deal stands.

ReplacesAn SDR, an account executive, and the sales manager above them.

  • Lead research
  • Cold email and LinkedIn
  • Discovery and demo calls
  • Proposals and closing
  • CRM setup and reporting
  • Inbound follow-up

How this team runs

01

ICP and list.

We define the ideal customer profile, then build the list: named accounts, named people, verified contact details. You approve it before a single email goes out.

02

Sequence and run.

Cold email and LinkedIn sequences run daily and we handle the replies. Booked meetings land on your calendar with the account history attached.

03

Pipeline you can audit.

Every account sits in a CRM stage with a next action and a date. You see pipeline value, conversion per stage, and what each booked meeting cost.

04After the first call

Seventy two hours later, you have the plan in writing.

Every first call is with a co-founder. The person who scopes the work is the person who assigns the team that does it. Within 72 hours you get the documents below, one for each division you need.

01 · Engineering

Tech timeline.

Dated build schedule

What gets built, in what order, by when. Costed per month rather than per hour, so the number does not move when we work faster.

  • Scope split into weekly milestones, each with a date
  • The stack we would use and why that one
  • What ships in version one and what we deliberately cut
  • Team size and monthly cost

02 · Brand

Brand brief.

Written positioning and scope

Who you sell to and how you want to be read, agreed in writing before any design starts, with the identity scope and price fixed against it.

  • Positioning, audience, competitors and tone
  • What gets designed: logo, palette, type, applications
  • How many routes you see and how many rounds you get
  • Every source file you receive at the end

03 · Sales

Sales plan.

Pipeline model and run sheet

Who we go after, how we reach them, and the arithmetic underneath it, so you can judge the plan before we send a single email.

  • ICP definition and the addressable list size
  • Channels, sequence and daily send volume
  • Target meetings booked per month
  • Conversion per stage, cost per booked meeting, revenue per closed deal

Arrive with an idea and you get all three at once, so you see the whole company on paper before you commit to any of it. Arrive with a business and you get the one you asked for. Either way the documents are free and they are yours whether or not you sign.

01

You approve first.

Nothing starts until you have signed off the document. If the plan is wrong, it costs you a reply rather than a month.

02

A named lead.

One person owns your account and is your single point of contact. No pooled resources, no rotating faces, no account manager relaying questions.

03

Cancel on a month.

One monthly invoice and a month's notice. If it does not work out you stop paying, and the work, files and access are already in your name.

Tell us what you need and we will tell you what it takes to build it.

05Who it’s for

One founder, or five campuses.

The work does not change shape. What changes is how many tracks run at once and how much of a team you already have.

01 · You have an idea and no team

We are all three hires.

A developer, a designer and a salesperson is three salaries and the best part of a year spent hiring, before anything reaches a customer.

You get all three tracks at once. Name, identity and product scoped together on one timeline, then taken to market by the same people who built it. A technical co-founder, a brand studio and a first sales hire, without the equity and without the payroll.

Proof

Paltuu.pk. Two founders and an idea in 2024. Now Pakistan's first and largest pet adoption platform, with 5,000+ users and 842 adoptions.

Read the Paltuu.pk build

02 · You have a team and a backlog it cannot clear

We are the department you have not hired.

The work is scoped, the roadmap is agreed, and there is nobody free to do it. You need a function, not a freelancer, and you need it to hand back cleanly.

We take a whole function off your plate or run beside the staff you already have. Three or more teams in parallel, a named lead who reports to you, and every repository, file and credential in your name so your own people can take it over on a month's notice.

Proof

Pinecrest Academy. Five campuses running on paper. Now one platform across all five, with 850+ students, 110+ staff, and apps for parents and staff.

06Engineering plans

You pay for how much runs at once.

Every tier is the same people and the same standard. The only difference is how many things we build for you at the same time.

01 · Dev plan · For one product, or a first build.

Pod.

One team, one thing at a time.

Your top priority gets built and shipped, then we move to the next one. Right for a first product or a short roadmap.

One team
  • One team
  • One priority at a time

02 · Dev plan · For competing priorities.

Squad.

Two things at once.

Two teams working side by side, so two priorities move together. Roughly double what a Pod gets through. Right when the backlog grows faster than one team clears it.

03 · Dev plan · For replacing a department.

04 · For a name, identity or rebrand.

Brand Plan.

One sprint, the full identity.

You get the identity and every source file: logo, palette, type, guidelines. Nothing locked in a tool only we can open.

  • Fixed scope
  • Fixed price

Two to four weeks · Fixed scope · Fixed price

05 · For pipeline you don't have time to build.

Sales Plan.

We build it, then we work it.

We build the pipeline and run it: lists, outreach, calls, follow-up. You approve the deals and take the calls you want to take.

Pet super app · 2024 to present

The problem
Two founders with an idea, in a country where pet adoption ran on Facebook groups and no one could tell a rescue from a scam.
What we did
We scoped the idea, built the web app, made the brand and Paw-rvez, added a custom commerce platform, then built the social app.
Result
Pakistan's first and largest pet adoption platform. 5,000+ users, 842 adoptions, apps launching September 2026.

School management platform + parent and staff apps · 2025 to present

The problem
Five campuses running on paper: fee vouchers, attendance and family records that did not talk to each other and could only be checked by phone.
What we did
We built the platform module by module: student profiling and school setup first, then finance with a parent app, communications, biometric attendance with a staff app, and HR and payroll last, once attendance data could be trusted.
Result
One system now running all five campuses, 850+ students and 110+ staff, with parents and staff both able to see their own records directly.

EV charging network platform · 2026

The problem
EV chargers going into Oman from different installers, with no shared way for a driver to check if one was free, an owner to see what it earned, or a vendor to check on a unit after handover.
What we did
We built four applications on one shared platform: a driver app, a dashboard for terminal owners, a console for vendors, and an admin platform to run the network, wired to real chargers over OCPP 1.6J.
Result
A live, tiered network across Muscat, Sohar and Salalah: chargers listed, connected or sensor augmented, with every role seeing exactly what their job requires.

Sahara Health

Clinic management platform · 2026 to present

The problem
Gulf outpatient clinics running the busiest part of their day, the waiting room, on a paper token roll and one receptionist's memory.
What we did
We built the platform around the front desk: patient registration that migrates off the clinic's old numbering, a live OPD token queue, generated appointment slots with WhatsApp booking links, and visit-linked invoicing.
Result
Live with 19 clinics and 56 doctors: a bilingual platform running registration, queue, scheduling and billing per clinic and per doctor, with part-payment treated as the normal case it is.
08Healthcare

Nineteen clinics run their front desk on software we built.

Sahara is a clinic platform we built and still ship to. Registration, the live outpatient queue, appointment scheduling and billing, in Arabic and English, tenanted per clinic and per doctor.

Languages, side by side

Built and live

Bilingual by layout
Arabic and English together on every operational screen, not behind a language toggle somebody has to notice.
Emirates ID and legacy records
New patients captured to UAE identity format, and the clinic's old chart numbers still searchable after the switch.
Live OPD queue
Token calling that knows the difference between a booking and a walk-in, with booking links that go out over WhatsApp.
AED invoicing and part-payment
Multi-line invoices with discounts and tax presets, settled across several payment rows and carrying a running balance.

Every line above is a screen in the delivered product, not a roadmap item.

Reef · the client portal

You get a login on day one.

Most agencies go quiet between updates and you find out what happened when the invoice arrives. In Reef you see the same screens we do, updated as we work rather than written up afterwards.

A Reef task board: columns from Backlog to Done, every task showing its status, progress and who is holding it
The board your team works from. Live, not a status write-up sent afterwards.
01

Task board.

Every task, its status, and who is holding it. The board our team works from, not a summary written for you afterwards.

02

Direct chat.

Message the people building it. No account manager relaying questions and losing the detail.

03

Twice-daily briefings.

A PDF of the whole board at 8am and 10pm, your time. Start the day knowing what we hold, end it knowing what moved.

04

Video updates.

A recorded walkthrough of what shipped, sent when it ships. Watch it at 2am. There is no standing call.

05

Invoices and payments.

Every invoice in one place with a card payment link. Nothing chased, nothing paid twice.

06

Secrets vault.

Your API keys and credentials, encrypted, with a log of who opened what and when.

Every division reports into this one login. The engineering board, the brand files and the sales pipeline are all in the same place, and Reef is the software we sell. We use it because we built it.
